My lovely wife loves plants and gardening . A garden is a place where each plant is placed in a environment in which it will thrive. She takes great trouble, in preparing the soils, protecting them from pests and makes sure they receive the nourishing foods and water and sunlight they need . The result is a sight of beauty a colouful and fragrant place for all to enjoy!
Like a garden Church is meant to be, where everyone works together, for everyone and to the glory of God and for the good of All. A place where everyone flourishes, because they are living in a safe environment a place where they are cared for according to their individual needs, where each person does work they love, which benefits others (1 CORINTHIANS 14:26)
Like Well-Tendered plants, people in church should grow like well tendered plants, in a healthy, caring and loving environment, having a sweet fragrance and a flavour that Draws people God, through the display of the Beauty of His Love! No church is perfect, but it should have a least an hint of the beauty of heaven, great Love, Joy, peace and a loving comforting support for all , which our Father in Heaven would find pleasing in His Sight and truly a Hint of Heaven.
Let us aim our sites on nothing less, and pursue all that is best in being totally faithful and Gods will be done as it is in Heaven!
