1 Corinthians 6:20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
"All to the Glory of God” elevates every action, behavior and thought to a new level of testimony and accountability. What we think say and do should all be done with full acknowledgement that God is watching. Everyone should see in us a greater concern to please God than to please men. The believer who truly desires to please God will not create offense through personal provocation. No matter what the circumstances in our life we should exhibit absolute confidence in God. It is not the denial of our mortal nature, but the use of it to bring glory and give glory to our Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ did not die to give us a better earthly life, but to prepare our access into His heavenly Kingdom. We must exhibit our devotion to the work that has begun in our lives. There should be a deep commitment that all desire, purpose and behavior find its motive in bringing glory to God. We were purchased with the precious blood of Jesus Christ to be transformed into His likeness that we might fulfill our eternal destiny – to glorify our God and enjoy intimate fellowship with Him forever.
