Rudy Giuliani is very disturbed by what Obama has done to the FBI

After President Obama’s tepid response to the radical Islamist attack on an Orlando nightclub, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani is saying the President’s “completely inane inability to say ‘Islamic extreme terrorism’” is one of the reasons our security forces can’t put a stop to these attacks.

The former Big Apple mayor appeared on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” on June 14 and insisted that Obama’s response to the terror shooting in Orlando is part of the problem, not the solution.

Giuliani slammed the president for showing weakness to our enemies in radical Islam.

“If you show weakness in the face of Islamic extremist terrorism they take advantage of it and they attack you more,” Giuliani said.

The ex-mayor went on to say Obama’s weak-minded reply to Orlando has a detrimental effect on the FBI saying, “I can’t help but realize having been in the federal bureaucracy for 17 years that the words of the president have to have an impact on the FBI.”

“There’s no question they have to have an impact. This absolute completely inane inability to say ‘Islamic extremist terrorism’ is one of the reasons I think the people in San Bernardino never reported to the FBI. It’s one of the reasons that Major Nadal was described as ‘workplace violence,” Giuliani continued.

“It’s one of the reasons why the FBI maybe doesn’t want to show too much zealousness that might be regarded as being over zealous in the pursuit of Arab Americans or Islamic Americans. And I did question, you know, in a congressional hearing the whole situation with the Tsarnaev brothers,” Giuliani added.

Giuliani also wondered why mosques are so steadfast in refusing to cooperate with investigations into terrorism.

“There’s no minister, there’s no rabbi in this city–nor are there some imams–that object to having police officers in their congregation,” Giuliani said. “In fact, they want them there, they want them to learn the message. It’s enlightening for them.”

“So if you’ve got nothing going on there but a beautiful religious service, why in His name would you not want to have police officers there?” he said.

Giuliani appeared on CNN on the same day and said that he is “very disturbed by the President’s failure to use the word Islamic terrorism.”

Giuliani reiterated his point about the San Bernardino attack being at some level Obama’s fault.

“I’ve been disturbed about it for years, I don’t understand how Fort Hood was ‘workplace violence,’ and I do believe that the President’s rhetoric has something to do with the fact that some of the people in San Bernardino didn’t turn in the suspicious acts of terrorism that they saw in the days before the attack in San Bernardino.”

“The words that the President uses are important and he is creating a feeling–particularly among maybe more liberal members of society–you can’t say ‘Islamic terrorism.'”
