Petraeus Resigns Amid Affair? Hardly! - Tea Party Nation

If you think General Petraeus resigned over an affair, I have some beach front property in Phoenix I want to sell you. First, on October 30th, Rear Admiral Charles Gaouette, CO of the USS John C. Stennis carrier strike group in the
Persian Gulf is relived of command. Then on November 2nd, the commander of Africom, Gen. Carter Ham, is relieved and retired. And now, 7 days later, CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus steps down.

It seems that the military is refusing to go along with the Obama administration's attempt to cover up what
really happened in Benghazi on September 11th. In fact, and before stepping down, Gen. Ham issued a statement saying that he had been ordered by the White House to "stand down" when our consulate was under attack ... that he had
immediately ordered a special forces group to fly in to Benghazi and protect our consulate and personnel but was told to "recall" the strike team and stand down.

Well, this is what the liberal Democrats voted for and now they got it ... a president who is guilty as hell and has the blood of our diplomat on his hands ... and he is doing everything he can to distance himself from any negligence or culpability in the assault on our consulate and the death of our citizens by firing everyone who can prove his guilt.

Obama has sold us out. In fact, the day after the election he again changed his mind and said that he going through with the proposed cuts to our defense budget (which he promised not to do during his campaign and in the debates), and yesterday VP Joe Biden said they want to increase our debt ceiling by an additional $2.67 trillion ... this after Obama less than a week ago promised to reduce the debt. And now today they're again proposing "blanket amnesty" for millions of illegal aliens.
Can impeachment be far behind? The conservative talk shows are saying that Hillary is lawyering up and will be the next to resign. However, Hillary will not fall on her sword and is prepared to spill the beans on Mr. Obama.
Obama may have won the election, but will he be able to remain the commander in chief?
