All we ask is that you let us serve it your way.” Many Christians today are very particular about which parts of Scripture they want to consume, and which parts they find too distasteful.
Perhaps you’ve been there. I know I have been. And if we’re honest with ourselves and each other, we all at times have pushed a few ingredients off to the side of the plate. But the fullness of the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation is the nourishment God intended for us when He breathed out his Word to us.
Today we’re talking about the temptation to modify doctrine to our liking. Do you want fries with that?
