OBAMA ADMIN RELEASES 3,415 FEDERAL REGULATIONS
ADVERTISEMENTS
One of the most tyrannical regulations to come out of the EPA is their redefining of “Waters of the United States” within the Clean Water Act, which makes virtually every body of water, not matter how small, ‘navigable’.
Even a puddle can become navigable under these regulations, and by doing so, the EPA is set to regulate, and basically own, water on private property all over the U.S.
“The ‘Waters of the U.S.’ rule may be one of the most significant private property grabs in U.S. history,” states Louisiana Rep. Sen. David Vitter, he continues “they want to take another step toward outright permitting authority over virtually any wet area in the country, while at the same time providing a new tool for environmental groups to sue private property owners.”
