IRAQ NEEDS PREVAILING PRAYER - The Sunni insurgency over the past month has driven Iraq into its deepest crisis since the American troops left in 2011, with more bloodshed than any time since the height of the Iraq war. Iraq's new parliament is scheduled tomorrow to try to quickly decide on a new prime minister, president and speaker of parliament, after making no progress in its first session.
Pray that God will intervene and new leadership will bring stability and respect the rights of Christians to worship.
