Redeeming the Time Wisely For The Lord!

In light of our hour, those of us who profess a genuine saving faith in Jesus Christ ought to be looking for His soon coming (1 Thess. 4:13-18, 1 John 3:1-4) and be redeeming the time, for the days are indeed evil (Eph. 5:16; 6:13). That REALITY alone should be our great desire for the advancement of the “great commission”  of the Gospel (good news), its outworking and fulfillment(Acts 1:8; 2 Cor. 5:18-20; 2 Tim. 1:9).

The failing social and moral issues of the day have apparently consumed and caused many Bible Believers and Evangelicals to stumble and fall.

The failing social and moral issues of our day have apparently consumed and caused many Bible Believers and Evangelicals to stumble and fall. These seem to have taken their eyes off of their ETERNAL position (Eph. 2:6, Col. 3:1-4), the ETERNAL Savior of their souls and the very hour in which we are living. These individuals are dear, sincere people who just need to redirect their course and current position to get their holy calling and priorities right (1 Cor. 2:2; Gal. 6:14). We should not get discouraged, however, if many do not, for the Lord Himself proclaimed a great spiritual decline in these Last Days (Matt. 24, Rev. 3:14-22).

In these Last Days may are hearts be tuned and fully yielding to the Holy Spirit's leading as seek to do our part for “God and country” while never confusing or compromising the given order. May we be seeking ONLY God’s highest and best for all Americans and the world, which is having a saving relationship to Jesus Christ and the reality of sound Biblical teaching of Holy Scripture (2 Cor. 9:13; Phil. 3:12; 1 Tim. 6:2; 2 Tim. 4:15-16).

In these Last Days may we be doing our part for “God and country” while never confusing or compromising the given order.

Wherever we may find ourselves, may our political mantra be:“Servants of Christ FIRST, and a Conservative SECOND.” When we enjoy our healthy standing in Christ and are standing in Him rightly, we will inevitably be a right healthy conservative in everything we do and say (1 Cor. 6:20; 7:31; Col. 1:28; 3:16-17)!

Beloved, The Kingdom of Heaven is truly at hand!

Mother Babel/Babylon the Great - The Originator of Ideologies "Religious and Political"

Ever since the Tower of Babel rebellion about 4,200 years ago (Gen 11:1-9), the vast majority of mankind has been governed and ruled by this godless political and religious system. This idolatrous ideology has indeed developed and deepened throughout the world system for ~ 4,200 years. Civilizations and cultures, ideologies and philosophies, religions and societies, cities and nations, morals and traditions have all sprung forth from this event. God in His judgment scattered the people (Gen 11:8-10; Deut. 32:7-8) to the “four corners” of the earth. It is these God-rejecting rebellious seeds - planted by the founders of Babel - that now dominates the world. The great hope and aim of this godless ideology is to achieve a global Utopia in which man's fallen nature and the fallen creation will be in harmony with one another. This godless philosophy and hope is absolutely doomed to dismal failure and will be destroyed by Almighty God via the Anti -christ in the middle of the Tribulation (Rom. 8:20-22, 1 Cor. 1:18-32, Rev 17: 15-18, 21:8).

This idolatrous ideology has indeed developed and deepened throughout the world system for 4,200 years.

“One must look outside the box of this world system and believe Almighty God and His Word! Then and only then can one find the answers of life, and see the reality of what life and existence in time and eternity is all about.” (see 1 Kings 8:60; Isaiah 45:21-24; John 14:6)

Almighty God is the reality of time and ETERNITY! All gods, ideologies, philosophies and traditions are absolutely bankrupt and an abomination before Him (Exodus 20:3; Deut. 4:23-25). Almighty God’s Word states:

I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me (Isaiah 45:5a).

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6).Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth (John 17:17).

For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven (Psalm 119:89).

Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever(Psalm 119:160).

The Bible states that Man must be rescued from his fallen humanity (i.e., lost condition). This is achieved when one puts their trust and faith in the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ (Romans 7:24, Acts 16:30-31). In Christ is found all the provision for the sinful soul (1 Cor. 1:30).

Almighty God will one day remove this fallen world (1 Peter 2:7-13; 1 John 2:15-17) and create a new Heavens and a new Earth (Isaiah 65:17; Rev.21:1). Then, and only then, will all things be redeemed and in harmony with Almighty God, the Creator of all (1 Cor. 15:26-28; Rev. 21; 22:1-5).

In these last days come out of the godless ideologies of the day - religious and political - and put your sole trust in the God of TRUTH and REALITY (2 Cor. 6:17-18)!

Your hope will be sure and you will never be the same!

Beloved, at Christmas we are reminded of the ETERNAL message of “That God so love the world - John 3:16-17” and all that we ever would and could  need - as fallen humanity - is found IN the lovely Person of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world (Rom. 5:12-19, 10:4, 1 Cor. 1:30).

But what a great many miss at Christmas is the precious promises of the Lord Jesus Christ that are yet to be fulfilled!

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this (Isaiah 9:6-7)”

Our future is found in the uncompromising promises of Almighty God and in His Son the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Cor.1:30).

As children of Almighty God (John 1:12, Rom. 8:14,16, Gal. 3:26, 1 John 3:1,2), we can REJOICE not only that our transgressions against Almighty God's  ETERNAL absolutes of RIGHTEOUSNESS have been pardoned and removed (1 John 2:2), but also in the future blessings and promises that are yet to come! The of redemption of our vile bodies (1 Cor. 1:30, 15:42-58), the coming Kingdom of Heaven (Zech. 14:9-21, Matt. 25:34) and ETERNITY future (Rev. 21-22).

My dearly beloved of the Lord, this Christmas as we reflect on the absolute wonderment of the incarnation of God the Son (John 1:14, 1 Tim. 3:16, Heb. 10:1-14), may we also greatly REJOICE knowing that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand! My beloved our future has only just begun!!
