Sacrificing at the Altar of Barack
In the last century, liberals often held the moral high ground in strongly defending liberty. Perhaps the most public examples were their defense of the right of free speech and freedom to assemble as it related to marches by American Nazis. No liberal agreed with the Nazi cause, yet they defended their right to peacefully speak their hate. Liberals were often vocal in such defense of constitutional rights when conservatives were silent or even opposed. Think of the burning of the American flag – while many did and do find it highly repulsive, liberals rallied to protect the constitutional right of free speech.
In the second decade of the 21st century, liberals sacrificed this defense of rights at the altar of Barack, with their unquestioning worship of Obama.
One American nobody posts a video on YouTube, a video which some/many find objectionable. American embassies are attached, American flags burned, Americans killed (including an American ambassador), and what is the liberal response? To defend the American’s freedom of speech? To condone the violence of the intolerant? No, these have been sacrificed to the liberal’s religion, Kumbaya, and its god Barack Obama.
While we defend liberal’s right to the freedom of their new religion, we should not stand idly by while their religion sacrifices all our rights.
