Peter LaBarbera, founder and president of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality, laments the president's comments.
"The reality is homosexuality is nothing to be proud of. You're not proud of a sin -- and homosexual behavior is sinful. We all know from the Word of God," he tells OneNewsNow.
"It's also destructive and it's very unhealthy. Of course, none of that is talked about in these celebrations at the White House. This is a sad day."
LaBarbera says Americans can only hope that there will come a day when they do not have to witness immorality being celebrated at the White House.
